Chrysotile cement sheet LPN 6,0х1750х1200 mm is a durable and strong building material made from a blend of chrysotile fibers and Portland cement, which imparts high resistance to atmospheric influences and loads. This sheet maintains its shape even with significant temperature fluctuations, has low thermal conductivity, and is corrosion-resistant. It is widely used for building envelopes, roofing, outbuilding cladding, and facade cladding. This material has a long service life, is easy to install, and remains one of the most reliable options for exterior construction.
The main thing
View by manufacturing method
First, chrysotile fibers are crushed, cleaned, and evenly distributed in an aqueous mixture. This provides the reinforcing structure of the future sheet. Portland cement and water are added to the fiber suspension, producing a homogeneous paste. The fibers serve as natural reinforcement, increasing the strength of the material. The mixture is then fed to forming cylinders or belts. Gradually, a multilayer sheet of the desired thickness is formed. Green sheets are pressed, which compacts the structure, removes excess moisture, and stabilizes the product's geometry. The sheets are cured in natural or autoclaved chambers. During this period, the cement gains strength and the fiber structure is fixed. The finished sheets are trimmed, sanded if necessary, and sorted by quality.
Chemical composition
Chrysotile cement sheet consists of Portland cement (80–90%), chrysotile fibers (10–20%), and water. Chrysotile cement is a cement-based material reinforced with natural magnesium silicate.
Type by purpose
Used as external wall protection, it is moisture and UV-resistant. It is used for: roofing residential, commercial, and industrial buildings, creating fences, screening panels, utility room walls, cladding of outbuildings and agricultural structures, and can be used as part of fire barriers. It is used in many construction applications due to its strength, durability, and resistance to climatic influences.
