The raw materials for pressing asbestos-cement electrical insulating boards are mixed from three components: chrysotile-asbestos fibers, Portland cement M400, process water in accordance with GOST 23732-2011. During the mixing process, Portland cement acts as a binder. A strong bond is created between asbestos fibers, which ensures high strength of the finished sheets. The raw material is fed to the drum under a pressure of 20-25 MPa, and then sheets of the required size are cut from the roll using circular or guillotine knives. The material hardens and gains strength within 3-4 hours. ACEID sheets are tested for compliance with the declared technical parameters twice: after 6-7 hours and after 10-14 days. The test results are recorded in the building material passport, which is issued for each batch. Shipment of ATSEID slabs to the consumer is carried out after 14 days.
