The raw material for pressing asbestos-cement electrical insulating board is mixed from three components: chrysotile-asbestos fibers, Portland cement M400, technical water according to GOST 23732-2011. In the process of mixing, Portland cement performs the function of a binder. A strong connection is created between the asbestos fibers, which ensures the high strength of the finished sheets. The raw mass is fed to the drum under a pressure of 20-25 MPa, and then sheets of the required size are cut from the roll with the help of disc or guillotine knives. The material solidifies and gains strength within 3-4 hours. Tests for compliance with the declared technical parameters of ACEID sheets are carried out twice: after 6-7 hours and after 10-14 days. The test results are entered in the construction material passport, which is issued for each batch. ACEID slabs are shipped to the consumer after 14 days.
