Cold-rolled steel circle 20Х2Н4А  120х494-2255 mm is a type of rolled metal product with a solid, round cross-section, made from alloy and carbon steels and used in component manufacturing, construction, and mechanical engineering. This rolled product is produced by calibrating and hot rolling, which achieves the desired metal structure homogeneity, strength, and dimensions. Structural round steel lends itself well to mechanical processing, including heat treatment, welding, drilling, turning, and milling. It is used to create various load-bearing components, shafts, fasteners, studs, axles, and machine tool components. The material is valued for its high operational reliability, wear resistance, and strength, as well as the ability to select the steel grade for specific operating conditions and loads.

View by manufacturing method
Steel structural rounds are manufactured from carbon or alloy steel blanks at metallurgical and rolling mills. The process involves several stages: Raw materials (ore, scrap, additives) are melted in basic oxygen furnaces or electric furnaces to produce steel of the desired chemical composition. The melt is poured into molds or continuous casting machines, forming blooms or square blanks. The blanks are heated in furnaces to approximately 1100–1250°C to achieve ductility. The heated blanks are passed through rolling mills with calibrated rolls, gradually forming them into a round cross-section of the desired diameter. The rods are cooled, straightened, and cut to standard lengths.
Chemical composition
In general, the chemical composition is as follows: Iron (Fe) is the base, about 97–99%, Carbon (C) is approximately 0.08–0.50%. Permanent impurities: Manganese (Mn) is 0.3–0.8%, Silicon (Si) is 0.05–0.35%, Sulfur (S) is up to 0.05%, Phosphorus (P) is up to 0.04%.
Type by purpose
In construction, structural steel circles are often used as a structural material in monolithic concrete structures, and also for constructing loop elements in concrete. The steel circle is used in metal structures - metal frames, gates, window and door grilles, any metal fences. Used as a blank before the manufacture of shaped or long products
