Heat-insulated steel pipe 32/90 (DN 25) mm is designed for the construction of pipelines, heating networks, underground and above-ground (air) laying, transporting a coolant with a temperature of up to 150 ºС. The construction of heat pipelines from pre-insulated production pipes reduces the total costs for the estimated service life (30 years) by 6 times. Heat losses do not exceed 2% of the transported heat.

As a waterproofing shell for underground laying, pipes in polyurethane foam insulation in a polyethylene sheath, which is made of low-pressure polyethylene, are used. For external (air) laying, spiral-lock pipes are used in polyurethane foam insulation in a galvanized sheath made of galvanized steel tape.

Thermally insulated steel pipe is intended for the construction of pipelines, heating networks, underground and above-ground (air) installations transporting coolant with temperatures up to 150 ºС. Thermally insulated steel pipes, insulated with polyurethane foam insulation and protected with a galvanized shell, are used when laying overhead heating networks. Pipes in polyurethane foam insulation are used in the modernization and construction of heating networks through which the working environment circulates. The thermally insulated pipe is designed to operate under conditions of peak coolant temperatures of no higher than 150°C for a duration of no more than 240 hours per year. Products with a polyethylene waterproofing shell are designed for laying pipelines using a hidden method. Polyethylene material is corrosion resistant, provides protection to the internal surface, extending service life in difficult operating conditions.
