Steel sheet 30MnB5 2mm - steel designed for the manufacture of parts and products that after heat treatment (quenching and tempering) have high wear resistance, strength, toughness and resistance to mechanical stress. 30MnB5 steel lends itself well to forming, bending, welding and cutting, which allows the manufacture of complex structures, components and parts.

30MnB5 steel products are produced in accordance with the requirements of EN 10083-3. 30MnB5 steel sheet is widely used in agricultural machinery for the manufacture of wear plates, grader knives, caterpillar chains, lining and screening plates, crushers, knives and cutting blades, blades, hand tools, plows, harrow discs, etc.

The use of 30MnB5 steel is a more efficient solution than 65G and its analogues, since 30MnB5 steel has greater ductility and is better subjected to cold forming and cutting.

After quenching and tempering, the steel acquires high strength and hardness, which provide increased operational durability of finished products - their service life is 2-3 times higher compared to products made from 65G steel
