Steel square calibrated 80x80 mm steel C45 - is a metal profile with improved surface quality and precisely maintained dimensions. It is created by cold deformation from alloy or carbon steel. This method allows achieving high geometric accuracy, increased material strength and high straightness. It is widely used in construction, mechanical engineering, creation of parts and metal structures where reliability and accuracy are required. The main stage is cold rolling or drawing. The workpiece passes through calibrating rollers or dies, where it is given an exact square shape. After rolling, the product is straightened to eliminate bends and give it straightness. The resulting calibrated squares are cut to measured lengths according to customer requirements.
