Seamless steel pipe 133x30mm GOST 8732 st 35 is a hot-rolled metal-roll made of steel, with a ring-shaped cross section. Pipes are produced by piercing a solid heated round billet on a special press. The resulting sleeve is then rolled out on rolling mills, forming the required diameter and wall thickness. The seamless hot-rolled pipe has a special strength, it is able to withstand significant mechanical loads and increased pressure of the working environment. Hot drawn pipes are manufactured from 16 mm to 720 mm in diameter with a wall thickness of 4 mm.

Seamless hot-rolled carbon steel tubes can withstand pressures of 16MPa. Structures and pipelines created from this solid rolled metal are very reliable, durable and resistant to external influences.

Due to the homogeneous surface structure, such pipes without welds can be processed by various metalworking methods, they are easy to rivet and cut, bend and drill. They are perfectly connected by electric welding, and withstand a pressure of 16 MPa. Due to its good performance, this seamless pipe is used in various industries. The price of this material allows you to create from it extended configurations of pipeline systems and overall metal structures.

This rolled product is needed in construction and mechanical engineering, it is used in the oil and gas industry and at chemical enterprises. Such a durable and reliable material is needed wherever it is necessary to prevent leakage of the working substance from pipelines.

Strip steel is used in mechanical engineering and the automotive industry, in the manufacture of springs and embedded parts - a metal strip made from structural and spring steel grades is used. Steel strip is considered an essential material for furniture production. It can be used for forging metals. The main advantage of strip steel, which determines its widespread use, is the ability to be used as a semi-finished product and even a finished structural element. It requires minimal technological and labor costs for processing and makes it possible to create structures and metal products of varying complexity.

Hot rolled steel strip standards

European Standards (EN):

EN 10111 — Stamping Steel. This standard regulates: cold-formed strip, flat products, coils, and hot-rolled strip;

EN 10025 — Structural Steels. This standard defines: delivery conditions, chemical composition, impact strength, mechanical properties, and grades of structural steels;

EN 10048 — Hot-Rolled Narrow Strip. This standard regulates: the geometry, dimensions, and tolerances of hot-rolled narrow strip;

EN 10051 — Hot-Rolled Flat Products. This standard specifies: rolling tolerances, shape, flatness, and dimensional accuracy.

GOST Standards:

GOST 380 — Carbon Steel of Ordinary Quality.  Includes steel grades such as St5, St3, St2, St1, and St0. The standard establishes the degree of deoxidation, mechanical properties, quality categories, chemical composition, and steel grades;

GOST 535 — Rolled shapes and sections made of carbon steel. This standard establishes packaging and transportation, marking, testing methods, chemical composition, mechanical properties, and technical requirements;

GOST 1577 — Hot-rolled universal wide strip. This standard regulates the production of universal wide strip products with high geometric accuracy;

GOST 19281 — Low-alloy rolled steel. For steel grades 15KhSND, 10KhSND, and 09G2S, this standard defines requirements for high-strength rolled products, weldability, impact toughness, mechanical properties, and steel grades;

GOST 103 — Hot-rolled steel strip assortment.  Regulates: rolling accuracy, mass, curvature, length, tolerances, thickness, and width of the strip.

International standards:

ISO 4995 — Hot-rolled strip made of structural steel. This standard regulates: coiled products, strip, sheet, and hot-rolled structural steels;

ISO 1035 — Hot-rolled rolled products. This standard regulates: edge condition, profile geometry, straightness, curvature, dimensional tolerances, length, thickness, and width.
