Modular ceramic refractory fiber blocks are manufactured from a molten mixture of high-purity aluminum and silicon oxides. The raw materials are first melted in furnaces at temperatures exceeding 1700°C, after which the melt is drawn into fine fibers using blown or centrifuged methods. The resulting fibers are cooled and formed into mats or webs. The fibrous material is then cut and folded in a special manner, forming dense modules of the desired shape and size. Mechanical fasteners or heat-resistant binders are used to secure the structure. The finished blocks can be further compacted and heat-treated. The result is a lightweight, durable, and heat-resistant material ready for installation.

Main components: aluminum oxide (Al₂O₃) — approximately 40–55%, silicon dioxide (SiO₂) — approximately 45–60%, iron oxides (Fe₂O₃) — up to 1–2%, oxides of calcium (CaO), magnesium (MgO), sodium and potassium.
