Cable paper K-120 0,18х300 mm is specialized insulating material, made from highly purified cellulose, boasts stable electrical properties, high strength, and a uniform structure. Cable paper is often used to create control and power cables, insulate interlayers, insulate cores, and create oil-filled systems. Highly purified sulfate or sulfite pulp is used in production. It is bleached, impurities are removed, and ground to a precisely specified degree of fineness. The pulp is mixed with water to form a homogeneous suspension. No additives are used—the paper must be as pure as possible. The pulp is fed to a paper machine, where a thin, continuous web of precisely specified thickness is formed. The web is pressed and passes through a drying section, where the required moisture content is achieved. The paper is passed through calenders—roller devices that create perfect smoothness and uniformity. The finished web is cut into rolls of the required width and hermetically sealed to protect it from moisture.
