The slabs are produced by hot pressing of semi-dry mass in accordance with TU U V.2.7-26.8-31101383-002-2002. MKRV shaped products of complex shape are made from materials using refractory fiber of mullite-silica composition, which is produced by melting aluminum and silicon oxides in an electric furnace, followed by the formation of fiber by blowing. To give the material strength, inorganic and organic binders, fire-resistant fillers and additives are added to the fibers. Products are formed by vacuuming, vacuum pressing, vibration casting, stuffing and others. MKRV-340 inserts are made of refractory fiber of mullite-siliceous composition, which is produced by melting pure aluminum and silicon oxides in an electric furnace, followed by the formation of fiber by blowing. To give the material strength, an organic binder is added to the fibers, and the products are formed by vacuum pressing.

Type by purpose

Fire-resistant brick is used for internal lining of stoves, fireplaces, chimneys and chimneys, etc. Vermiculite plate is used for lining any devices and installations whose operation requires critically high temperatures (from 500 degrees Celsius). Acid-resistant products are used for: carrying out physical and chemical processes with any aggressive liquids (except for hydrofluoric and phosphoric acids) and alkalis with a concentration of up to 10%. For wet and dry grinding of materials with a hardness of no higher than 7 on the Mohs mineralogical hardness scale. For lining equipment, to protect building structures and structures operated under conditions of exposure to aggressive substances. For carrying out various chemical processes and storing any aggressive liquids (except for hydrofluoric and phosphoric acids) and alkalis with a concentration of up to 10%. Used as packing material for filling reaction volumes in chemical apparatus. The sovelite plate is intended for thermal insulation of industrial and thermal power equipment at temperatures of the insulated surface up to 500 °C.
