Vermiculite slabs (hereinafter referred to as PVN) are lightweight non-combustible slabs up to 1980x1000x60mm in size. This is an environmentally friendly material that does not contain asbestos, fibers and organic components, which has an unlimited service life, high fire resistance and thermal insulation. Plates are made by hot pressing of semi-dry mass in accordance with TU U V.2.7-26.8-31101383-002-2002. PVN are chemically neutral, inert, do not contain alkaline impurities, non-toxic, bio-resistant, do not irritate the skin.

Vermiculite material is easily processed with conventional woodworking tools and quickly mounted with standard fasteners or AVK high temperature adhesive.

The slabs are produced by hot pressing of semi-dry mass in accordance with TU U V.2.7-26.8-31101383-002-2002. MKRV shaped products of complex shape are made from materials using refractory fiber of mullite-silica composition, which is produced by melting aluminum and silicon oxides in an electric furnace, followed by the formation of fiber by blowing. To give the material strength, inorganic and organic binders, fire-resistant fillers and additives are added to the fibers. Products are formed by vacuuming, vacuum pressing, vibration casting, stuffing and others. MKRV-340 inserts are made of refractory fiber of mullite-siliceous composition, which is produced by melting pure aluminum and silicon oxides in an electric furnace, followed by the formation of fiber by blowing. To give the material strength, an organic binder is added to the fibers, and the products are formed by vacuum pressing.
