The MNMts40-1.5 wire is distinguished by high thermoelectric power, low temperature coefficient and constant electrical resistance. It is sufficiently resistant to corrosion, heat-resistant, has high mechanical properties and is well processed by pressure. Constantan is used in the manufacture of rheostats, thermocouples, heating devices with operating temperatures up to 500°C.
