Molybdenum circle Mch 38 mm - is a blank made of high-purity molybdenum, with high resistance to corrosion, strength and heat resistance. Due to the unique properties of molybdenum, circles are used in the metallurgical industry, glass and vacuum technology. This material can withstand temperatures above 2600 ° C, which makes it in demand in conditions of extreme heating. Circles are manufactured by powder metallurgy and have different lengths and diameters at the customer's request. They are used to create parts of anodes, furnaces, stamps and other components operating at high temperatures.

View by manufacturing method
Molybdenum powder is pressed to form blanks. Cold or hot isostatic pressing methods are used to ensure uniform density and minimal pores. The blanks are then sintered in a vacuum or hydrogen atmosphere at about 1900°C. This process helps to form a dense and strong metal structure. After sintering, the blanks are subjected to mechanical processing, such as forging, rolling or turning, to achieve the required dimensions and shape. At this stage, circles of various diameters and lengths are produced.
Chemical composition
Molybdenum content: 99.95%, as well as a small amount of impurities: iron, nickel, silicon, carbon, oxygen and nitrogen.
