Circle aluminum D16T 130 mm - is a round blank made of aluminum or its alloys. It is widely used in various industries due to its corrosion resistance, lightness and strength of the material. They are used in the production of electrical equipment, machine parts, dishes and building structures. Aluminum is well processed by pressure, which allows you to create circles of different thicknesses and diameters. In addition, the material has good thermal conductivity. The circle is made by plastic deformation, most often by rolling and stamping. The process includes several stages. First, primary aluminum or recycled materials are melted in a furnace. Then the molten metal is poured into molds to produce ingots. After this, the ingots are heated and rolled to the desired sheet thickness. Then round blanks of the desired diameter are cut out of the sheet.
