Circle aluminum D16T 140 mm - is a round blank made of aluminum or its alloys. It is widely used in various industries due to its corrosion resistance, lightness and strength of the material. The circle is made by plastic deformation, most often by rolling and stamping. The process includes several stages. First, primary aluminum or recycled materials are melted in a furnace. Then the molten metal is poured into molds to produce ingots. After this, the ingots are heated and rolled to the desired sheet thickness. Then round blanks of the desired diameter are cut out of the sheet.
