First, the titanium sponge is melted in a vacuum or inert atmosphere into ingots. This prevents the metal from oxidizing at high temperatures. The ingots are then hot forged or pressed to reduce their size and increase the density of the structure. The blanks are then rolled or drawn into rods of the desired diameter. The rods are processed to achieve the desired geometry, surface finish, and mechanical properties. Heat treatment improves the structure and strength.

Type by purpose
Titanium squares are used in rocket and space technology, in addition, they are indispensable semi-finished products from which they make heating equipment, implants (for the human skeleton), medical instruments, high-strength hardware (screws, bolts, washers, nuts), cryogenic equipment, structural elements for mechanical engineering, aircraft and shipbuilding. They are used in the chemical and food industries. Parts made of titanium squares are considered the most reliable and durable.
