First, the titanium is poured into molds after purification and cooled, forming ingots. These ingots serve as raw material for future pipes. The ingot is then heated and rolled or extruded (pushed through the mold) to obtain a pipe-shaped blank - this can be a seamless pipe or with a weld blank. To achieve precise dimensions and improve mechanical properties, the pipe is subjected to cold rolling or drawing. After this, annealing is performed to relieve internal stress and improve the structure of the metal. Finished pipes undergo non-destructive testing - ultrasonic testing, visual inspection, leak tests and chemical analysis.
