Fiberglass pipe, or TSEF pipe, also referred to as glass epoxyphenol.

A tube or pipe is made on the basis of fiberglass impregnated with an epoxyphenol-formaldehyde binder.

Structural fiberglass tube - is a layered pressed fiberglass, made by winding on special mandrels and consisting of several layers of fiberglass impregnated with a thermosetting modified phenol-formaldehyde binder. The appearance of the tube is represented by a flat smooth surface without foreign inclusions. The finished material is resistant to atmospheric, chemical influences, water-resistant. Fiberglass is an environmentally friendly material, has dielectric and mechanical properties, heat and moisture resistance, durability. The inner diameter of the tube is from 10 to 500 mm, the wall thickness is from 2 to 100 mm. Tube length - 1000 mm.

Purpose: Structural glass-textolite tube is intended as a heat-insulating material in electric dryers, heaters and other equipment, as pipes for aggressive environments in the chemical and petrochemical industries, as well as for the manufacture of structural parts.

Fiberglass tubes are analogous to TSEF glass-epoxyphenol (glass-textolite) tubes, but due to the fact that they are made on a three-coordinate CNC winding machine, they have improved characteristics in terms of water resistance, temperature control and brittleness.

The tube has a smooth, even surface, on which foreign inclusions are excluded. The product has a higher resistance to:

     adverse weather conditions;

     aggressive chemical compounds;

     penetration of water and moisture;

     mechanical influences.
