ABS plastic sheet 10x610x2000 is a thermoplastic shock-resistant technical resin, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer. It is a plastic material with a yellowish tinge, although there are also transparent product modifications. ABS plastics can be easily painted in any color.

Thanks to the combination of acrylonitrile and butadiene units with styrene, the ABS plastic is impact-resistant and elastic. ABS material is a two-phase system. The continuous phase in it is formed by acrylonitrile having a molecular weight of 120 - 180 and a styrene copolymer. The continuous phase is a rigid matrix in which styrene-butadiene rubber particles with a size of 0.5 to 2 μm constitute the dispersed phase. The proportion of the dispersed phase of the total weight of the plastic is in the range of 15 - 30%.

ABS plastic is widely used for electroplating and vacuum metallization. It is easy to weld and is also used for precision casting.
