Polysulfone PSU rod 40х1000 mm is a heat-resistant and durable engineering material obtained from polysulfone (PSF), a thermoplastic polymer with sulfone and ether bonds in the composition. It is created by extrusion at a temperature of about 300 ° C from granulated PSF obtained by polycondensation of bisphenol A and dichlorodiphenylsulfone. The rods have high heat resistance (up to 180 ° C), excellent electrical insulation and resistance to aggressive chemical environments. They are used in the food industry, mechanical engineering, medicine, electrical engineering and for the manufacture of housings, bushings, insulators and other critical parts.
