Viniplast sheet VN, VNE 5х1000х2000 mm is a lightweight, chemically resistant and durable polymer material made from unplasticized PVC. It features excellent electrical insulation, moisture and corrosion resistance, and high rigidity. Thanks to these properties, vinyl plastic is often used in the manufacture of containers, laboratory equipment, decorative panels, and ventilation systems. The sheets are easy to process: they can be drilled, cut, and welded, making the material suitable for both domestic and industrial use.

First, PVC resin is mixed with heat stabilizers, impact modifiers, and processing aids. The mixture is fed into an extruder, where it is heated and becomes viscous. The melt is formed into a sheet through a forming slot. The hot material then passes through a calibrator, which sets the precise thickness and geometry. The sheet is cooled on rollers or in a water bath to achieve strength and dimensional stability. The finished sheet is then cut to the desired format and inspected for defects.
