Mine rubber conveyor belts

Conveyor mine belts equip underground conveyors of coal mines, processing plants and surface complexes. This type of conveyor belt is applicable for transporting coal, anthracite, dolomite, ores, rocks and other materials. Conveyor mine belts do not light up from friction, instantly die out in the absence of a source of fire, and therefore are suitable for all types of belt conveyors. Depending on the operating conditions, mine conveyor belts are of two types: for medium conditions marked 2SHTS (TG), 2SHTS, 2SHM, 2Sh and for severe and especially severe conditions marked 1.2Sh, ShTS, 1.2ShM, and ShTS (TG). The composition of the latter includes an additional briquette pad made of high-strength fabric, which protects the tape from holes in contact with the sharp edges of the load or when it falls.

Mine conveyor belts are produced in double-sided rubber lining: working and not working, as well as with rubber or threaded sides.

In the process of manufacturing mine belts, the following types of fabrics (pads) are used:

— EP-200; EP-300; EP-400; EP-500 - the warp of which consists of polyamide and polyester threads, and the wefts - only of polyamide threads;

- TK-200, TK-200-2, TK-300, in which both the weft and the fabric consist of polyamide threads;

- MK-400, TLA-200, TLC-200 - in which the fabric consists of polyester, and the weft - of polyamide threads.

During operation of the mine conveyor belt of fire-retardant ambient air temperature can vary from -30°С to +60°С.
