First, the raw materials are purified and polymerized, forming a viscous silicone mass. Then, plasticizers, fillers, adhesion improvers, and stabilizers are added to the mixture to achieve the desired density, elasticity, and durability. Acidic, neutral, or oxime hardeners are added, which initiate the vulcanization process upon exposure to air. All components are thoroughly mixed until a completely homogeneous mass is achieved. The finished sealant is poured into tubes, cartridges, or cans, and the packaging is checked for quality and integrity.

Chemical composition

The composition of silicone adhesive-sealant is based on: silicone polymers, plasticizers, adhesion additives, stabilizers, modifiers, hardeners - acidic, neutral, oxime, fillers - silicon dioxide (silica) and calcium carbonate.

Type by purpose

Used for: sealing seams, joints, and abutments, especially in areas with high humidity—bathrooms, kitchens, shower enclosures; sealing frames, double-glazed windows, and slopes; protecting against drafts and leaks; sealing pipe joints, faucets, sinks, bathtubs; sealing headlights, glass, and cabinet elements; protecting connections from moisture; bonding glass, metal, ceramics, and some plastics. Silicone sealant is indispensable where a strong, flexible, and durable bond is required.
