Design and production
Expanded metal mesh or as they say all-metal expanded metal mesh (TsPVS) is made by cutting down from a sheet blank - steel or aluminum - on automatic presses. Material - metal sheets with a thickness of 0.5-6 mm, corresponding to GOST 8706. The sheet is simultaneously cut and pulled on the equipment so that diamond-shaped cells are formed. This technology causes the absence of braided or welded joints. And the rigidity and strength of the CPVS depend on the cutting step and the thickness of the workpiece.
Scope of application

The production process of expanded metal mesh is as follows: a stainless steel sheet is used as a blank. It is placed on specialized equipment, after which it is subjected to successive punching and drawing. Then, the metal sheet is transformed into a mesh web, with diamond-shaped cells. Part of the rolled sheet, preserved in the joints between the cells, is the guarantor of the strength of the resulting metal product. This is where the name of this product comes from. Stainless steel grades are used as raw materials. This concept refers to such varieties of materials that have a high resistance to corrosion and its formation.
PVA mesh is sutselny, without welded seams, making the product heavier, quite durable. The high coefficient of friction is provided by sharp edges, which allows it to be used for plastering, reinforcement. The integrity of the design does not allow the product to bloom, break.
