Stainless steel transition f108 / f89 is a part of the pipeline system that connects two different diameters of pipes, fittings or equipment.

It contains from 18% to 19% chromium in its composition and 8-10% nickel. It is a food grade austenitic stainless steel with a low carbon content, mainly in demand in the food industry and in oxidizing environments. It can be used at low concentrations of strong acids (nitric, perchloric, hydrochloric, sulfuric) and at low temperatures, as well as at medium temperatures of weak acids (malic, acetic, citric, lactic). In Ukraine, the analogue is steel grade 08X18H10.

Eccentric transition - most often used when it is necessary to connect two sections of the pipeline system in a horizontal position, since it is the eccentric transition that will not affect the speed of passage of the working medium in the pipe.
