Lutsk strip copper 2-20 mm, copper bus M1 up to 600 mm, copper tape cutting, delivery
The copper strip belongs to the category of sheet metal. At Russian enterprises, such non-ferrous metal products are manufactured in accordance with GOST 495-92 from the following grades of copper alloys: M1, M1r, M1f, M2, M2r, M3, M3r. In the Russian industry, it is allowed to manufacture a copper strip according to specifications -TU48-21-523-75 and TU48-0809-79-95.
Copper strip, as a type of non-ferrous metal, has been widely used in various fields of human activity: industry, construction, energy. Due to its corrosion resistance, copper strip can be used in roofing work. At the same time, the copper strip has such properties as durability and environmental friendliness.
This semi-finished product can be produced by hot and cold rolling. And it is labeled as follows:
cold-rolled copper strip - D;
hot-rolled copper strip - G.
In turn, such products of sheet metal, depending on the state of the copper alloy, are: hard - T, soft - M, semi-hard - P.
The length of copper strips is regulated by GOST or TU:
the length of the strip is a multiple of the measured one - KD;
a strip of random length - ND.
According to the manufacturing accuracy, products of this type are:
- normal accuracy in width and thickness - N;
- normal in thickness and increased in width - Р;
- normal in width and increased in thickness - C;
- increased accuracy in width and thickness - P.
Copper strips are produced with a length of 0.5 to 2 meters, while their thickness ranges from 0.4-6 mm.
The copper strip is widely used in roofing; local repairs, where we can offer you a single sheet, as well as whole roofing, where volumes of several tons are required, and we will offer you the most competitive cost of a copper roofing sheet. The use of the strip is due to the good resistance of copper products to precipitation and corrosion, its durability and environmental friendliness. In addition, a strip of copper is used for decorative finishing of houses, arbors, monuments. Used in electrical and radio engineering.
GOST for copper strip has an interstate status. It provides for the manufacture of finished products from copper grades M1, M1r, M2, M2r, M3 and M3r, according to the chemical composition corresponding to the requirements of GOST 859. The sheet is manufactured by cold rolling, with normal (N) and increased (P) accuracy in two indicators - length and thickness. The sheet width can be 600, 710, 800 and 1000 mm, length - 1410-2000 mm. The minimum thickness of the product is 0.4 mm. Hot-rolled sheet can have a width of 600-1800 mm, length - from 1000 to 6000 m. The dimensional interval is 50 mm.
Rectangular (PR) rolled products of random (H) and multiple fixed (KD) lengths have a number of features, according to which the products differ in terms of nomenclature:
the state of the material is soft (M), semi-solid (P), solid (T);
width accuracy - normal (L), increased (M).
If, with a standard thickness, a copper strip according to GOST has an increased accuracy in length, it is denoted by the letter P, on the contrary - C. The maximum deviation in strip thickness can be no more than -0.06-0.26 mm.
Technical requirements for manufacturing quality
Strip quality requirements in accordance with the standard: the absence of dirt on the surface, as well as defects, in the presence of which the products after the control stripping do not meet the standard in terms of thickness. The presence of technological lubricant on its surface is not a reason for rejecting a product unit. Hot rolled sheets may have roughness and mesh structure due to the impact of the rolling rolls.
The edge of the sheets can be cut or rolled (without cutting), with the assumption of the presence of burrs. Sheets with a wavy or torn edge are rejected. One of the main requirements for a copper strip is flatness:
deflection of cold-rolled strip T and P - no more than 1 mm per meter of width, 20 mm - per meter of length;
sickle shape of a hot-rolled strip up to 4 mm thick - no more than 5 mm per meter of length;
crescent shape of a hot-rolled strip with a thickness of more than 4 mm - no more than 8 mm per meter of length.
For x / c sheets, the main physical indicator is the tensile strength. The limit value is 220-260 MPa. The relative elongation of the sheet (strip) cannot be less than 40%. Hot-smoked sheets must be produced with a tensile strength of 200 MPa and a relative elongation of at least 30%. The hardness of products according to Brinell is 60.
Tests for compliance with quality requirements are carried out in accordance with GOST 14019. The method of sampling for testing for bending is a cut along rolling. The number of test samples - 1 pc. from each selected box. Testing strips in accordance with methods not specified in the standard is only allowed if there is no disagreement between the supplier and the buyer.
Copper Strip Reconciliation Spheres
Owing to its oxidation resistance and good electrical conductivity, copper strip can be used asboth at home and at work. Products made by stamping from copper have all the previously stated characteristics, and are often used as a conductive structure or as part of its housing.
Copper strip is also often used in mechanical engineering, as a material for creating individual products, or semi-finished products for all stages of production. Very often, copper is found both as an element of cooling systems and as a constituent element for the manufacture of a ground loop. Also, copper strip is widely used in construction, in particular as a finishing material, due to its attractive appearance and plasticity.
Production and application
The raw material for the production of semi-finished products is copper of various grades, or copper scrap. To increase the heat resistance and wear resistance of tires, in some cases, the technique of alloying copper with silver is used. Tires for high-precision electrical and instrumentation production are made from copper cathodes containing a minimum amount of impurities.
Tires vary in appearance:
section - round, rectangular;
type of edges - regular, rounded;
surface shape - solid, perforated, wicker.
Methods for the production of copper strip - drawing or pressing.
Braided tires are the most flexible. They are made from copper wires. The sphere of use of such semi-finished products is electrical appliances operating in conditions of increased vibration. Rigid tires in some cases can replace a conventional copper cable, flexible ones are used for facilitated installation of network distribution devices.
In conditions of high temperature and humidity, exposure to aggressive environments, special two- or three-lane insulated tires are used. Perforated rails are used for mounting equipment of remote electrical cabinets, which are much lighter in weight than conventional, solid ones. The least commonly used tire type is round. They have the highest strength index, but the consumption of copper for their manufacture is also higher than for rectangular plates.
The main areas of application of semi-finished products are the installation of busbars; installation in devices intended for control and distribution of electricity, accelerators, conductors. In addition to electrical engineering, flat copper plates are used in the production of vacuum equipment, in aviation and rocket science, and microelectronics. Tires with a high content of silver and other valuable metals are used in the jewelry industry.
