Matviyiv (Pavlograd) mica tape, micanite sheet, basalt slab, BTSh cord, covelite slab, ShPGT-450 slab
Tape LSEP-934 TPL is a three-layer composition of fiberglass, mica paper and polyethylene terephthalate film impregnated with an epoxy-polyester binder.
Tape LSEP-934 TPL is used for case and coil insulation of traction electrical machines and large high-voltage electrical machines with voltage up to 6 kV with insulation systems of heat resistance class F. The tape is flexible in room environment. Suitable for manual and mechanized winding.
LSEP 934 tapes replace mica tapes of heat resistance classes B and F. Curing time: 10 - 16 hours at 160°C.
After baking several layers of mica tape, a homogeneous monolithic insulation is obtained. When the already cured mica tape is heated to a temperature of 100-120°C, the insulation becomes flexible, which allows the sections to be laid in the groove without damage to the insulation.
In the manufacture of tapes, paper produced from natural phlogopite mica is used without destroying its crystalline structure, which ensures increased dielectric properties of the tapes.
Tape designations:
LS - mica tape;
EP-934 grade of epoxy-polyester binder, heat resistance class F.
Tape LSK-T is a composition consisting of mica paper and one layer of electrically insulating fiberglass impregnated and glued together with an organosilicon binder.
BASIC PROPERTIES:
The LSK-T tape is distinguished by the simultaneous use of both mica and silicone as a heat-resistant barrier in its construction. Under the influence of high temperatures, silicone forms a polymer of siloxane units, which firmly holds the entire tape composition from destruction.
APPLICATION AREA:
Tape LSK-T is designed to create a dielectric barrier between the individual conductors of fireproof cable products of the ng(A)-FRLS and ng(A)-FRHF versions and must ensure continuous operation of the fire-resistant cable under a working load in fire conditions or high temperatures up to 900 ° C . In addition, it is possible to use LSK-T tape as an electrical insulating material of heat resistance class
"C" (220 °C) for the production and repair of electrical machines, incl. in technologies for creating an insulation system for electrical machines operating in the nuclear industry.
Tape LSK-T should be produced in rollers without breaks with a diameter of 220-320 mm and a width of 4; 5; 6; 8; 10; 15; 20; 25;
thirty; 35; 40; 45; 50 mm, tightly wound on a rigid sleeve with an internal diameter of 76 ± 1 mm.
The packaging must comply with the requirements of TU 3492-050-31885305-2013, the marking must comply with the requirements of GOST 26103-84 and TU 3492-050-31885305-2013.
Guaranteed shelf life of LSK-T brand tape (subject to storage and transportation conditions in accordance with GOST 26103-84 and TU 3492-050-31885305-2013) is 12 months from the date of manufacture.
