Steel tool circles are made from: P12, P18, P9K5, P9, P6M5F3, P6M5K5, P6M5, U13A, U13, U12A, U12, U11A, U11, U10A, U10, U9A, U9, U8A, U8, U7A, U7, Kh12MF, Kh12M, Kh12, 3Kh2V8F, 5KhM, 4Kh5MFS, 5KhV2S, 5KhNM, 6KhS, KhVSG, KhVG, 9KhS.

 

Hot-rolled steel rounds are made from: St6, St5, St4, St3sp, St3ps, St3, St2, St1, St0, 60, 55, 50, 45, 40, 35, 30, 25, 20kp, 15kp, 10kp, 08kp.

 

Calibrated steel rounds are made from: St60, St50, St45, St40, St35, St30, St25, St20, St10.

 

Structural steel circles are made from: 50KhFA, 20KhN3A, 38KhN3M, 30KhGSA, 40KhN, 38KhS, 45Kh, 40Kh, 30Kh, 20Kh, St6, St5, St4, St3ps, St3sp, St3, St2, St1, St0, St60, St50, St45, St40, St35, St30, St25, St20, St15, St10.

Steel circle standards

The main GOST standard for hot-rolled, structural, tool, and electrical steel rounds:

GOST 2590-2006 - Range of hot-rolled steel rounds. This standard establishes: marking, quality control, manufacturing technology, surface quality requirements, magnetic properties, mechanical properties, delivery length, chemical composition, electrical steel grades, cross-sectional shape, range, and intended use of rounds.

 

The main GOST standard for calibrated steel rounds:

GOST 7417-75 - Range of calibrated steel rounds. This standard regulates: range, dimensions, quality control, tolerances, application area, marking, mechanical properties, surface quality, manufacturing methods, intended use, materials, tolerances, accuracy classes, size range, and cross-sectional shape of rounds.
