Primer GF-021

Primer GF-021 25kg, wholesale of the glyphthalic type is a densely pigmented suspension in alkyd varnish, enriched with desiccants and solvents, as well as stabilizing additives.

Highly covering abilities make the primer a universal tool used to coat all types of surfaces: metal, plastic, chipboard and even wood. It is not absorbed into a porous surface, but is securely fixed with a perfectly even, durable layer.

The product has a high anti-corrosion effect and creates a dense and durable coating that reliably protects against the negative and destructive effects of precipitation, water with various aggressive impurities, chemical and cleaning solutions, even oils. Withstands temperature fluctuations - 44°C to +60°C.

Primer GF-021 is not a penetrating agent. It is not recommended for use on loose and porous surfaces, as it is fixed in a thin layer and is not absorbed into the layers of materials.

Where is it applied?

Primer GF-021 can be used alone or serve as a base coat for subsequent application of any types of enamels and paints. Helps reduce the consumption of products applied on top, improves their durability and anti-corrosion coating, improves adhesion. It has a shock-resistant coating that is resistant to abrasion.

Before use, the primer must be thoroughly mixed to a homogeneous mass. If a thinner consistency is required, it can be achieved with white spirit, xylene, turpentine or solvent thinners. If work is carried out with electric fields, the manufacturer recommends using diluents of the RE-3V, RE-4V groups. The total mass of the mixture should not exceed the proportion of 1/4; if it is violated, the effectiveness of the product may be significantly reduced.

It is recommended to apply this type of primer at a temperature of +5°C and above. Preferably on a dry and clean surface from impurities, dust and other chemicals. Drying time of the first coat is 24 hours at an average temperature of +20 °C. Data may vary depending on ambient temperature or number of coats applied. Material consumption is 60-100 grams per square meter. Indicators may vary depending on the condition of the surface to be coated.
