First, the titanium sponge is melted in a vacuum or inert atmosphere into ingots using an electron beam or vacuum arc furnace. This is important to remove impurities and obtain a homogeneous structure. Then the ingots are first hot rolled at high temperatures to obtain blanks. This is followed by cold rolling - to achieve the desired thickness and improve mechanical properties. After this, the sheets are heat treated (annealed) to relieve internal stress and increase ductility. The final stage includes etching, grinding and quality control. The sheet surface can be polished depending on the requirements for the final product.

Thanks to the use of this metal, efficient, mass production of urea, potassium, soda, chlorine, various household chemicals, etc. has been established. The housings of high-quality household appliances are often made of titanium.
