Questions & Answers
Plastic sheets are made from: Kydex, Boltaron, Royalite, ABS FR, ABS Natural.
The main international standards for ABS plastic sheets:
ISO 2580 is a standard regulating the requirements for sheets of acrylonitrile butadiene styrene plastic. The standard establishes: test methods, classification of materials, tolerances, dimensions, quality and appearance requirements, markings, test methods, requirements for chemical resistance, mechanical and physical properties, tolerances, dimensions and scope of application of sheets.
ISO 15015:2025 - Requirements and test methods for extruded sheets made of high-impact acrylonitrile-styrene copolymers. This standard covers material requirements, dimensions, mechanical and thermal properties, product testing methods, marking, density, hardness, and sheet length and width tolerances.
ISO 19062-1:2015 - Designation system and basis for specifications for ABS-based materials for extrusion and injection molding. This standard serves as the basis for developing material specifications and establishes a designation system for ABS grades. It defines the basic properties of the material, its application, processing method, designation system, and material identification.
