The material manufacturing process includes the following stages: Preparation of fiberglass - the fabric is wound into rolls. Impregnation - rolls are immersed in impregnating compounds, wrung out and sent to dry. Phenol-formaldehyde resins and organosilicon compounds are used as impregnation. Drying – hot air at a temperature of 120 °C removes excess moisture and free phenol from the material. Pressing – after drying, the fiberglass is cut and pressed in special bags. In this case, certain temperature and pressure indicators are observed. Finishing of sheets - finished products are subjected to edge trimming and technical control.
