Plastic rod ABS 90х1000 mm are a strong and lightweight material that combines good workability, hardness, and impact resistance. They consist of the following components: styrene, which provides rigidity and a smooth surface; acrylonitrile, which provides chemical resistance; and butadiene, which provides impact resistance. ABS rods are used in the production of decorative elements, electronics, mechanical engineering, and 3D printing. They are easy to glue, mill, and drill, maintaining their properties even under mechanical stress.

It is made from a copolymer of acrylonitrile, butadiene, and styrene, combined through copolymerization. First, the starting monomers undergo a controlled chemical reaction, resulting in the formation of thermoplastic granules. The granules are then loaded into an extruder, where, under the influence of temperature (approximately 200–250°C), the material melts and is extruded through a forming orifice, giving it the shape of a rod. The finished rod passes through a water bath for cooling, then is cut into blanks of the required length.
