Technical plate 2F-I-TMKSh-S-6 is a rubber product that is used for operation in conditions of contact with gasoline, oils and other petroleum products. They are made from a special rubber mixture with high strength, elasticity and resistance to aggressive environments. It is used in mechanical engineering, construction and other industries for sealing joints, vibration insulation and equipment protection. The technical plate can withstand temperatures from -30 to +80 °C and ensures the durability of structures even under intensive use.

Different types of MBS rubber plates are obtained through different production methods. Thus, molded rubber is vulcanized on a vulcanization press directly in molds, which determine the dimensional parameters of the sheets. To obtain non-shaped technical plates (in rolls), the mixture is squeezed out through a die. Then it is vulcanized in a continuous vulcanizer or in boilers, without molding.

This material is the basis for the production of rubber goods sets. In particular, protective rings and cuffs are cut from technical plates of this type using special machines. This type of technical rubber is used in all industries. It is from a technical plate of this type that various parts for connections are produced, which can be either movable or stationary.
